Termination of Employment

The employment of Secretarial and Maintenance Staff may be terminated by the Board of Management in accordance with relevant legislation and the general principles of natural justice. ACCS has an agreed policy; “ACCS, IMPACT and SIPTU Grievance, Discipline and Dismissal Procedures” which should be given to all staff on recruitment and followed throughout their employment.
