Dear Secretary,
Further to ACCS/Info Bulletin 23/26 - Senior Cycle Redevelopment (SCR) Implementation Measure, issued on Friday, 28th of August 2026, we wish to bring an important update to your attention.
As you may be aware, ACCS has been experiencing a number of technical issues with our systems and portal. Unfortunately, as a result of these issues, the application forms issued to some schools with the original bulletin were incorrect and had not been updated to reflect the latest requirements.
We are therefore re-issuing ACCS/Info Bulletin 23/26, together with the correct application forms for your use.
Please note the following important change:
There is no requirement for a signed Teacher Declaration Form to accompany the application form.
All references to Teacher Declaration Forms have been removed from the updated application forms attached.
Schools should ensure that they use only the corrected application form included with this re-issued bulletin.
