Invitation to ZOOM School Update Meeting, Friday 25th September, 2020 from 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

Dear Colleagues,

School management, staff and students have worked closely together for the safe and successful opening of schools. It has been wonderful to hear of the many innovative ways in which challenges faced by schools have been overcome to ensure students have the opportunity to return to school in a safe and supported manner. Congratulations to all on the achievements to date based on the tireless work of school leaders on behalf of the communities they serve.

ACCS will host an online update meeting for all schools this Friday from 9:30am-10:30am. It is aimed at Principals, Deputy Principals and Chairpersons of Boards of Management where available. Areas for consideration are:

  • Managing Covid cases in schools

  • Contact details for schools for Covid related queries

  • Leaving Certificate Examinations 2020

  • Supporting the safe reopening of schools

  • Managing a partial/full school closure
